If supplying a Flash creative you must also supply a backup GIF or JPEG to serve to users who do not have the Flash plug-in.
Flash creatives must not use hard-coded URLs. A "clickTag" must be used instead (detailed instructions on how to insert a "clickTag" can be found here: http://fairfaxbm.co.nz/pdf/online_adspecs.pdf).
Rich media clickthroughs must be targeted to a new window ("_blank").
Click-through URL must be supplied (character limit: 254).
